How does team management work at Erfolgsucher?

Every success requires a strong team. Tour Guides have the exciting task of putting together the right team for the right purpose. The following applies:

The participants can and want to actively contribute to success. Above all, voluntary participation is crucial. The Tour Guide offers the team a protected space in which perceptions, ideas and suggestions for improvement can be openly contributed. If necessary, separate teams can be formed.

Team management is uncomplicated. In the Success Center, the Tour Guide has a tool at hand to invite participants to the team and to disinvite them if necessary. The following are required: First name, last name and the user’s e-mail address. All participants automatically receive an e-mail with their registration details.

Before the invitations are sent, the Tour Guide should inform the team that they will receive access data from the Erfolgsucher system. Sometimes these emails end up in the spam folder, so participants should also check there. Users can change the password sent at any time.
