    The Erfolgsucher System offers teams structured digital paths to success that are tailored to the specific needs of a company using artificial intelligence. The system leads the team step by step to the desired success goals – simply, efficiently and clearly. Participants contribute their knowledge in an uncomplicated way, while the system takes care of all the hard work.

    This is how it works:

    Preparation:

    • Choosing the right path to success.
    • Establishing and adapting the path to success to the problem.
    • Onboarding the team so that everyone can start right away.

    implementation:

    • The team goes through the path to success step by step.
    • Everyone contributes their experience and knowledge.
    • The AI ​​supports with inspiration and creates useful reports.

    Diploma:

    • The team discusses the results and plans the implementation.
    • The team takes care of the implementation. 
  • How does team management work?

    The tour leader of a success team has his/ her own team management tool under “My Success” . There he/she can invite new participants or remove them. 

    1. Teams offer participants a safe space in which they can exchange ideas openly. 
    2. Not only employees but also external members such as partners, suppliers or customers can be invited to a team.
    3. An organization can form several teams, for example by department, branch or task.
    4. Teams can work in parallel on their respective specific topics.

Paths to success lead you to your goal step by step, topic-specifically, as in a competent consulting process . The participants are responsible for the specific design. The paths are therefore very individual , because as we all know, there are many paths to success.

It is also the tour leader’s job to tailor the paths to success to meet the specific needs and challenges of the organization. They also determine how quickly the milestones should be achieved and what will be achieved with the jointly developed insights. 

    A successful tour guide will only be able to lead the team to their destination if the destination is attractive and the route there is motivating.

    We use language that is simple and  understandable ,   non-exclusive and personal. 

    • We avoid anglicisms and technical terms as much as possible
    • We limit ourselves to a simple vocabulary
    • We avoid gendering
    • We use the informal form

    For us, it is quite natural that we always address those seeking success, partners, tour guides, implementers, etc. We are convinced that simple language is best suited to involving everyone. We want to specifically address people who are not academics, for whom German is not their native language and who do not (want to) know the common “buzz words”.

     We offer you a high level of benefit and take unnecessary work off your hands. Our goal is for every SME to be able to afford a path to success. To this end, we have put together attractive packages that are tailored to your needs.

    • Costs: From 2,500 CHF/EUR . For a team of 10 people, the investment per employee is 250 CHF/EUR – this includes training, empowerment and integration.

  • How much time does this take?

     The time required with Erfolgsucher is several times less than without the support of a digital system. However, it is not insignificant, because effective organizational development requires concentration and systematic thinking. In addition, most of the content on the paths to success is optional. If you want to go into more depth with questionnaires and do the integrated e-learning, you can do that. But you don’t have to. As a rule of thumb, you should expect the following time required:  

    1. Effort per path to success and participant: 2-4 hours 
    2. Number of participants per path to success: 5-10 participants 
    3. Time frame for completing a success path: 2-4 weeks 
    4. Place and time: completely flexible , e.g. in off-peak times in the home office  

    The current record for a well-founded self-assessment (Future Development Check) is half a day with 2.5 hours of individual processing time with 12 participants. The AI ​​report showed over 120 identified good practices and 60 ideas for improvement.   

  • How does the purchase work?

     We currently offer our system either on direct request or through partners. We will then set everything up for you. 

    Important partners are: Biel-Seeland Chamber of Commerce, Berne Trade Association, Ludwig Erhard Prize Initiative and the ESPRIX Excellence Suisse Foundation. 

    There is a fully functional online shop available but it is currently deactivated. We will activate it when it makes sense.    

  • Can I buy additional seats?

    Additional participant seats can be purchased at any time . However, compared to immediate purchase, you lose the possibility of volume discounts.   

Technology and Artificial Intelligence

  • What technical know-how do users need?

     Anyone who can use an Internet browser will be fine. No special knowledge is required . The system saves progress automatically.   

  • What technical equipment is needed?

    Erfolgsucher works best on a computer (PC, laptop) . The system  can therefore also be used on a tablet or smartphone with some limitations (" responsive design "). Since Erfolgsucher is a web application, you need a browser and internet .   

  • How do users learn to use the system?

    The system is basically designed to be very intuitive . There are also optional operating instructions in the success paths. 

  • What role does artificial intelligence play in Erfolgsucher?

    Artificial intelligence (AI) plays a supporting role in Erfolgsucher. The benefits are significant:  

    • Thanks to AI, the paths to success can be adapted to the situation and the challenge facing the team. Even if the basic structure remains the same: no two paths are the same.   
    • The AI ​​gives participants concrete inspiration for their topics. This means participants don’t have to start with a “blank sheet of paper”. 
    • All the hard work, such as creating reports, is done by artificial intelligence. 
    • With KI Hildegard, the team has access to a chat bot trained in business excellence at all times, which provides impulses for very individual concerns.   
  • Isn’t digital support with artificial intelligence “inhuman”?

    As crazy as it sounds: We believe that our system makes systematic corporate development more human.  

    Introverts, those with little professional experience, non-external employees and employees without a management role are often not heard. However, they can and want to contribute a lot to success. At Erfolgsucher, everyone can contribute and prove themselves right from the start.  

    Conventional involvement of all employees is time-consuming and often unproductive. Large meetings develop their own dynamic, but with success seekers everyone is challenged and the result is better with many participants.  

    Success Seeker makes corporate development more human than it is practiced in many places today. The AI ​​provides inspiration and takes over the hard work. This leaves the team with more time for creativity and personal exchange.   

Data and Data Security

  • How do I get access to the system?

    If you have purchased a path to success or have access to the system, the tour guide can independently invite team members in the success center. The members' first name, last name and email address are required for this.  

    As soon as the tour guide has registered a user, they will receive the access data by email. In exceptional cases, the email notification may also end up in the spam folder. Please check there and, if in doubt, ask your organization about the legitimacy of the access data. Any user can change the password at any time.  

  • Where can I change my password or request a new one?

    When you log in, the option “ Forgot password? ” is displayed. If you choose this option, you will be asked to enter the email address you used to register. After entering it, you will receive an email with your new password. You can change  this at any time under “ My Account ”. 

  • What data is stored?

    By its very nature, the system stores personal data , particularly from the course of your success stories and from your personal contributions. The personal data can be presented anonymously.  

  • Where is the data stored?

    The data is processed and stored directly in a highly scalable AWS environment. We do not use external survey tools from Microsoft or Google. The data is stored in Switzerland .   

  • Who in the team sees which data?

    When dealing with mathematical statistical data , e.g. when setting priorities, no one in the team can see who voted how ( anonymously ). 

    With team contributions, everyone in the team is shown who wrote what ( personalized ). The contributions are a means to an end and are ultimately intended
    to make the discussion easier for you. However, it is also possible to display personal contributions anonymously. The tour leader can make this decision in advance for the entire team.  

  • What measures are in place regarding data security?

    The system is designed in such a way that as much data as possible is processed on the system itself  . An exception are AI services that we do not access in a personalized manner. 

    Very professional and comprehensive data security systems are implemented in our system .  

    Finally, we attach great importance to ensuring that only user data that is used for inspirational purposes is entered into the system. The actual implementation of measures is carried out by the customers outside of the system.
