How do you put together a Success-Team?

This article shows you how to put together and change a team:

Select and put together a team

Click on the purchase you have made, i.e. the team name you have assigned. Change the team name if necessary. It should be meaningful and motivating for the team. Feel free to add an illustrative picture.

The team’s purchased Success Paths are displayed under the team. For example, if you have purchased a bundle of routes, all Success Paths from the bundle will be displayed there.

Putting together a team

Add user. This is how it works:

  • Click on “Register new user”
  • Enter first name, last name and email of the user
  • Add further users if required
  • Click on “Send”.
  • Done! Participants will receive an email with all information.
Please inform all participants personally before inviting them. In some cases, the invitation may end up in the SPAM filter. It may also be the case that your IT department has blocked your access to external websites. In this case, please speak to your IT department beforehand.

Important information on the exchange of team members:

You can swap the participants in your team at any time. Remote participants can still log in and have access to their diary.

But be careful:
Remote participants do not have access to the team’s Success Path(e). This means that you cannot change or delete posts from there. Be sure to discuss the travel guide with the participants.
