How does the Tour Guide promote team success?

Every Success Path at Erfolgsucher has a Tour Guide. As with a guided adventure tour, this is an important key to success. The Tour Guide can consist of one or more people. Who takes on this role is entirely up to you. It can be the buyer, the guide or someone from your team.

The Tour Guide’s job is to ensure that the team achieves the set goal. It offers support in the event of problems of understanding and mediates conflicts. The Tour Guide promotes a constructive and protected environment in which everyone can express themselves openly and respectfully. They also ensure that the journey is achieved together and within the desired timeframe. To ensure that the Tour Guide knows exactly what the team can expect and what challenges lie ahead, they usually walk ahead of the team along the way.

To enable Tour Guides to fulfill their tasks, they have extended competencies compared to “normal” participants. In the success center, the  Tour Guides can invite participants to Success Paths and unload them again.

Tour Guide can also adapt selected Success Paths to the team’s objectives and situation, supported by artificial intelligence. Tour Guides can also generate AI-based reports that summarize the team’s findings.
