What is future development?

Everyone develops over the course of their life, from child to adult, and then constantly further. As children grow up, they increasingly have an image of their own future in mind.

This image is very realistic for some people, for others it is more of a wishful thinking. In the course of life, this image of the future shifts again and again due to personal experiences or unexpected turns in life.

When we consciously move towards a realistic but also ambitious vision of the future, we speak of future development. We then plan carefully, weigh up various alternatives and then decide on the best plan to implement.
