Why we get bogged down so often

There is truly no shortage of challenges. However, many organizations try to achieve too many goals at the same time – and get bogged down in the process.

Without clear prioritization, we put energy into too many directions. This leads to overload and a lack of real progress.

Why less is more

Are all your goals really equally important, or are some of them distracting you from the central tasks in the here and now?

When we try to do everything at the same time in our everyday lives – be successful at work, pursue our Thrive through Relationships, hobbies and work on our personal development at the same time – we often feel overwhelmed. In the end, many things remain half done and we have the feeling that we are not really making any progress.

How to keep your focus on the essentials

Successful companies set clear priorities and concentrate on the most important goals. Less is often more – it’s about focusing on what really matters and directing your collective energy towards it. Once you have achieved one goal, you can then move on to the next one with renewed motivation.
