The “Success check: mastering digitalization” is a well-founded way to precisely determine your digital position. This process includes the analysis of all important aspects of digitalization and their interactions in your organization. You can identify useful strengths and valuable improvements in a targeted manner. At the end of this journey, you will have valuable insights to successfully develop your organization to the next level of digitalization. We recommend this check as a starting point for your digital transformation.

This route is adapted to your situation and challenges using AI.

Success Paths require a closed travel group

Success Paths should be taken with at least 5 participants.
The more participants, the better.
It’s the mix that makes the difference.

The team does not just include management.
It also explicitly includes employees, interns and trustworthy external parties who know the customers, have a deep insight into processes and know what challenges are lurking in day-to-day business.
Your mix should also have a healthy dose of critics.
It is generally possible to form sub-groups.
