Fall 2023 – State-funded INQA coaching (DE) becomes possible with Erfolgsucher
Erfolgsucher was developed from the outset for small and medium-sized organizations (SMEs) and their employees. The value proposition of Erfolgsucher is to enable all employees to make a self-determined contribution to the success of the organization. So it was only fitting that founder Robert Knop has been successfully certified as an INQA coach. But what exactly is INQA?
INQA Coaching is designed to accompany small and medium-sizedenterprises (SMEs) into the digital future. As a central offer of the New Quality of Work Initiative(INQA), it supports SMEs in finding tailor-made solutions for the personnel policy and work organization change requirements in connection with the digital transformation. INQA Coaching is funded by the European Social Fund Plus(ESF Plus) and the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs(BMAS).
The benefit of INQA-Coaching is:
- SMEs in Germany receive a subsidy of up to 80% of the coaching costs.
- SMEs go through a tried and tested procedure that is established nationwide.
- SMEs receive the security of proven high quality.
Note: INQA coaching is provider- and solution-neutral. Every SME can choose the INQA coach of its choice. Robert Knop is just one of many highly qualified coaches. From our point of view, we are also happy to work with other INQA coaches if it benefits the customer.
