Where has this proven successful?

This path to success is based on numerous practical experiences of successful KLW projects in a wide range of sectors, including industry, trade and the service sector. This has resulted in useful practical guidelines for SMEs, which have also been published as guidebooks.

In combination with the success finder system, this takes experience and research to a whole new level.

Who is your success helper?

Porträt von Alfred Münger mit Lupe, älterer Mann, freundlich, grauhaarig, gepflegter Bart.

Alfred Münger, Prof. (FH)

Alfred’s first encounter with the circular economy was at the beginning of his school days. His Märklin railroad could only be expanded if he financed the expansion himself. The landfills that were open at the time borrowed many treasures, including copper cables. He collected these with great passion and took them to the local waste disposal company for a fee.

His apprenticeship as an electromechanic at a repair workshop for electrical machines was the next step in his career, during which the circular economy accompanied him. A few years later, as head of procurement and logistics in multinational companies, he implemented circular concepts with his suppliers and was thus able to achieve greater resource efficiency for the company.

Today, Alfred is a professor at a university of applied sciences and owner of a consulting firm. His book “Circular Economy as a Strategy for the Future” and the insights it contains are the result of his professional experience and testify to his commitment to the sustainable development of companies. Passing this knowledge on digitally to companies and their employees is the logical consequence.

Recently, everyone thinks they have a say in waste. Where people used to moan about their own circulation, i.e. circulatory problems, today it's all about the waste cycle. Recycling and reuse are prayed about, garbage Buddhism nothing against it... But it's easy to talk. You have to do it right!
